Contact Management made easy

Tracker manages all the important information you need to know about your patients. You can quickly access personal, billing, insurance,and clinical information, as well as all the correspondence (letters, statements, phone calls and e-mail) related to a patient. For convenient identification without the hassles of cutting and pasting images, the patient’s photo stored in Imaging is automatically displayed on the Contact screen.

Tracker has always avoided the awkward and cumbersome “head of family” relationship and gives you the flexibility required in today’s society. In most other programs changing a family member (or child) to become their own “Head of Household” is cumbersome, if not impossible. In Tracker you merely change the “dependant relationship” and everything is taken care of for you. In addition, Tracker maintains information on all the contacts that make up your business, not just patients.
