Internet Based Training

As you are aware, our Technical Support Team has been using remote access tools to log into customer computers to solve problems and teach users for as long as we have been in business. Over the last few years, broadband Internet access has become a mainstream feature in our homes and businesses. Offices taking advantage of this technology have benefited from superior support that it enables us to provide.

Taking the lead from our Support Team, we have begun implementing on-line training sessions to offices who have broadband Internet in their offices and the results have been very positive. Today's Windows Operating Systems include tools that allow us to not only log into your server but also connect to any of your other computers with minimal configuration. For example, we can log into the computer where your digital Pan unit is installed to train you on how to integrate your Pan with Imaging. If you have sensors digital intraoral x-ray sensors in your ops we can connect to the op computer, and so on. All you need is a broadband Internet connection and a phone with a speaker so that the entire staff can listen in to the trainer.

Consider these benefits:

  • No travel costs. This can be a significant savings for offices in remote areas.
  • Flexibility. A greater range of times will be available to you since travel times do not need to be accounted for.
  • Always on time. Sometimes forces beyond our control can cause delays. There is no need to worry about being thrown off schedule by traffic jams, snowstorms, cancelled flights etc.
