Scheduling has always been Tracker’s hub, not an afterthought. Tracker’s scheduling is flexible: you can design your own schedule and work simultaneously with multiple fully-functional schedules. Since the start, Tracker’s industry first Appointment Manager means our clients don’t have to rely on inefficient recall reports, error-prone paper trails, post-it notes or the traditional “back of the book” list. Instead, there is a list of information that is easily viewed, grouped and updated. Based on the popularity of the Appointment Manager, and clients requests, we created a similar pro-active online Receivable Manager! We then went a step further by introducing a Treatment Maximizer, which allows you to optimize patient insurance benefits!
SMART AUTOMATED PROCESSES
Why think (too much) when a computer can do it for you? After completing a patient’s treatment, Tracker’s Automated Checkout Checklist will process and print everything you need to dismiss the patient. With certain user-definable ‘triggers’ (events) you can automatically have Tracker take the next step (such as printing or e-mailing a thank you card when someone refers a patient). When you are ready to leave for the day, the End-of-Day Procedures automatically run a series of consolidated reports and procedures to summarize production for the day and looks for any anomalies.

Tracker offers much more than simple Treatment Planning and Invoicing. Each treatment plan status is tracked from the initial diagnosis, through insurance submission to completing the treatment which automatically creates the invoice.
