Tracker and Windows 7

On October 22, 2009 Microsoft released its newest Operating System Windows 7. As always, PC users want to be on the latest version of Microsoft's Operating System whether it requires an upgrade or the purchase of a new computer. As a Microsoft certified partner, The Bridge Network was part of Microsoft’s beta testing for Windows 7 and had the opportunity to work with this Operating System for some time. We are happy to confirm that this release of Windows looks to be very stable and would strongly encourage users who are upgrading to consider using this in their office.

We are also proud to announce that our latest version of Tracker 10.42, and its clinical applications, add‐ons and hardware, are all compatible and work very well with Windows 7.

This being said, this does not mean you have to upgrade your computers to Windows 7 in order to run Tracker’s latest version. Tracker, and its clinical applications, still work with machines using Windows Server, XP or Vista. However, if you are looking
to purchase new hardware, Windows 7 would be a wise choice. As usual, when purchasing any hardware, we recommend you review our constantly updated system requirements listed on our website to make sure everything you purchase works as it should with your system.

If you need any help, please contact Technical Support and we will do a free hardware review and make sure everything you are purchasing will be suitable for your needs now and in the future.
